5-Day Western Caribbean Cruise Navigator of the Sea

2010 Annual Convention will take place on Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas. This exciting cruise sails round-trip from Miami, Florida, ports in Cozumel (Mexico) and Belize with two days at sea.

During the two-days at sea, we will hold all the normal convention sessions and meetings. We will also have a game room set up, just as we would at a hotel. We will also have the sale and auction. And you’ll still have time to enjoy the shipboard activities.

In between our days at sea, we’ll port in Cozumel, Mexico, a definite stop for golfers. Cozumel is a wonderful stop for shopping and ocean activities from scuba diving to lolling on a sandy beach. The next day the ship will stop in Belize. Our group will then travel by bus to the Xunantunich Mayan Ruin, where Dr. Jamie Awe from Belize's Institute of Archaeology (scheduled), will take us on a guided tour of the ruins and the historic ball courts.

This truly will be an exciting event for our group and promises to be one of our best conventions yet! With an endless list of shipboard activities like this, they’ll easily stay busy.

Going on a cruise requires a different payment structure that going to a hotel. In order for us to get you the best rate, it is really important that you get your registration in as early as possible. The cruise line will only allow us to hold these rates until November 30, 2009. After that, we will have to re-price the convention package based on new rates.

Registrations received between March 1, 2009 and August 28, 2009; please add $30 per person.

Registrations received between August 29, 2009 and November 30, 2009; please add $50 per person.
